When will I get my first set of driving messages?

Once your black box is fitted, you’ll get your first set of feedback messages about 10 days later, as long as you’ve driven at least 40 miles. If it’s been more than 10 days and you’ve definitely driven more than 40 miles, send us an email to
connect@ingenie.com and we will look into it for you.
